What I did was at 2 weeks, he had a sandpaper like facial rash, a rash around his rectum that
bled, green frothy stools and painful cramps so I cut out all the major foods I knew to be
allergins. All these symptoms ended. I took one week. I then went out and treated myself to a
non dairy chocolate bar, only 5 hours later he was in pain and the rash on his rectum came
back. The next week I tried tomatoes, he had a hard night (gassy, cramps, arching his back
and screaming) that next morning the rash on his face flared up. I decided to not try
anything else, I felt really bad after seeing him in pain. Last week I tried some wheat
cereal and about 5 hours later he was in pain with the rash on his bottom. I just don't want
to try anything else.

true, it is boring. But in some ways I find it challenging because I love to cook. Spelt is a
wonderful grain.
I suppose I should have said my oldest son was also very sensitive.
