Rob,

I provide anticipitory guidance prenatally in childbirth classes.  Our LC
also does this in our breastfeeding classes.  I think it's good to
acknowledge "feeling touched out"  when they bring it up at your clinic
visits.

Maurenne, who is feeling touched out after nursing sick kids back to health
this week.
