I agree with Magda's comments here.
BTW I have been searching for references that state that antibiotics do act
as anti-inflammatories (apart from articles by Minchin and Inch and Fisher
that say that they do). Does anyone know of any?
I have been waiting months for an inter-library loan for an article by MT
Labro "Immunomodulatory actions of antibacterial agents (review)", Clinical
Immunotherapeutics, 6 (6): 454-464, 1996. The abstract (from Medline)
mentions the "anti-inflammatory potential of various antibacterials in
inflammatory settings, whether or not linked to infections."
