Just a rant.  I got a call from a case manager today asking me why I
think they should pay for a LC visit for a mother who had her fifth baby
and the baby is 2 mos old.  The mother had sore nipples.  Actually she
did have a cracked nipple.  Baby was not positioned correctly and mother
did need assistance with latch.
I was very nice to the case manager, but she just couldn't get that this
mother could have had a legitimate problem.  What is wrong with this
picture?
