Just came back from a woman, about 24, first birth, twins, vaginal birth.
She took medication in order to become pregnant. She is 5 1/2 days + after
delivery and milk still has not come in. I could express out a drop or two
but not more of what looks to me like an unusually clear liquid without any
whitish or yellowish tinge. Twins are small, and she is starting to give
bottles. All pumping efforts came up totally dry. Any ideas? Could this
milk problem be related to medication she took to get pregnant?
Thanks for your help in advance.
