Greetings one and all!

I received a survey in the mail from "The Research Institute of Mother
And Child Care" in Columbus, Ohio.

Has anyone heard of them before? The whole survey centers around how
I feed my baby (I'm currently nursing my third; she's 7 mo.and yes I
got free formula samples in the mail 5 days pp). The first question
is what my baby ate in the hosp., at 1 week, in the last 30 days, and
most often in the last week. It lists breastmilk first then every
brand of formula available, then cows milk.

Then it asks if my baby was ever fed formula and how old she was when
it was introduced and what brand it was and how I decided on that
brand and what types of free formula I received, etc... (anyone else
getting suspicious out there?). It ends with some general demographic
info and thanks me for participating.

I've pretty much concluded this is a formula company and not some true
"research institute", maybe I'm just jaded. Does anyone have any
insight as to who this might be and what would be the best (or at
least most FUN) way to respond? (I once shredded formula propaganda
into little bitty pieces and mailed it back to them in their postage
paid envelope with a note on BF notepaper stating my disgust at their
tactics).

Thanks for your advice,
