Cathay and lactnetters,
    Yes, in essence it comes down to supporting the mother *where she
is*, doesn't it.  That same Mum who achieves a little bit of BF this
time, may feel more confidence to take more steps forward with a future
baby - or tell her friends where to find a LC, you.
