Lucky me has had several clients w/vasospasms......the one thing that has
seemed to help them all was keeping warm to the point of being at the point
of being sweaty. Exceptional positioning is also useful....and there is
the possibility of adding 2000 mg ca and 1000 mg magnesium/day, which has
been helpful for some but not all of the moms with whom I have worked.
