Carla:  Try the position with the chin tucked--it really does work unless
the tongue is also tied.  A moderately short frenulum WILL come further out
in this position.  It's truly amazing to see it.  If you're in doubt, try
it on yourself first and you'll  find that the chin  and tongue fall into
different positions than if you had the head and chin up.
