Let's see -- long-term, on-demand nursing is most common in traditional
societies where eating disorders are unknown.

Anorexia nervosa and bulimia are culture-bound syndromes found exclusively
in western industrial societies where bottle-feeding or scheduled
breastfeeding are the norm.
