This does make physiologic sense, and some moms have found Ca and Mg in a 2:1
ratio helpful, it should always be taken in this ratio according to
nutritionists, but I wonder if a smaller does might be effective without the
risk of calcium deposits in the bladder or joints... maybe a 500/250 mg
supplement? Just wondering,
