Out of curiosity, I did go to my congressmans site, only to find a specific
denial of this information as a RUMOR, as wll as a fact paper from the FCC.
This is another example of an individual not checking their facts before
posting, as well as an issue unrelated to our topic (AND their HTML was on!)
Perhaps this individual felt we needed this information, but it was false and
not appropriate. Out of respect for those who enjoy LACTNET as valuable
resource, but at often a greater $ cost lets discourage these kinds of posts.
