Fellow Lactnetters ,
The chief of Neonatology asked me to find out more about a second dose of
Vitamin K for breastfed babies to see what the thinking is on this and if
anyone is doing this. I must admit I was too busy to get into a discussion
about it but now I am wondering Why?
What do you all know about this topic and is anyone doing this? Does the AAP
have a position on this?
