Show me the evidence that "special pumping" / massage, etc. changes the milk
in any way!  Every Mom who is pumping should pump for sufficient time to get
both foremilk and hindmilk, and empty enough to maintain or increase her milk
supply.
Why place an extra burden on already burdened Moms of premies ?
