When my daughter first became hypothyroid following the birth of her second
baby, milk supply was not a part of the picture.  The baby  was fat!  She
also had no problem nursing baby #3, although they fiddled with her dose a
lot throughout her pg and post partum.  She still tends to need more
adjustments to her dose than my son with hypothyroidism.  (No his wasn't
