Is your daughter doing all of the other PMS avoidance things?
1. Low fat diet (I know, she's in college. Junk foods are the staples of
life!)
2. No sugar (ditto above)
3. Low or no caffeine.
I get horrible PMS too. I don't seem to have a problem with it when I'm
following Weight Watchers. My normal diet is pretty high fat. I know all the
literature says stay low fat, but I am amazed every month when the results of
my diet are proven, one way or the other.
