I too saw some of these glass and latex monsters in a local pharmacy
just last month.  They were way past their expiry date and the latex
nipple was crumbling.  I pointed them out to the pharmacist and
begged them to be removed form the shelves.  He looked at them like
he had never seen them before and quickly complied.  But if a parent
had come in and brought one to the counter  to purchase would anyone
even have known why they shouldn't be sold?  This is why I am
concerned about breastfeeding devices/aids like pumps and things
being sold in pharmacies.
