Do you have a formal way of communicating lactation plans with staff? I see
this as a need in our facility, but I hate to do additional paperwork or add
paperwork to staff. I'm looking for a simple method of communicating to staff
what mom and I have talked about and seems to be working for her and her baby so
each person who works with the mother is trying to get her to do something
different. The nurses do like the lactation charting form which uses primarily
check boxes. However, I would be interested in ways other communicate with both
staff and physicians in the hospital.

Thanks for your other suggestions, too. I'll file them for future reference.
