Some people are proposing a second shot of vitamin K for breastfed babies. I
think this is completely unnecessary. On the other hand, there may be a
concern if the vitamin K is given orally, and there may be a justification
for a second dose in that situation.  I have not heard of anyone actually
doing it though.
