I am behind on reading, but I felt I had to add my .02 worth.  I agree
with Jennifer, as the only LC in a large level 3 NICU in the DC area, I
also see mothers of 24-27 weekers begin to notice a decrease in supply
after 6-8 weeks (even when pumping appropriately).  I have always felt
it is/will be easier to decrease an 'oversupply' than increase a low
