Dear Dr. Jack,
     I have a question in response to one of your posts a month or so
ago.  You wrote that you clip the frenulae of many babies if it looks
kind of tight.  I tend to agree with that after Brian Palmer's
presentation last June at the BSC conference in Scottsdale (btw, I
learned SO MUCH there and had SO MUCH FUN with dh).  My question is, what
is your rationale for this and how can prevention of future problems be
predicted????
