Ok, mom has "drawing pain" inside her left breast only. Baby's close to a
year, this has been going on for "quite a few months," she's not sure exactly.
Had badly cracked nipples in the baby's first 6 weeks or so but no sign since
then, no mastitis, infections, etc. No sign of thrush on either nipple, or
in baby's mouth, or on baby's bottom. Mom has had vaginal yeast infections
often before but none, at least not that she's noticed/symptomatic, in quite a
while -- takes acidophilus now and again when she feels they might be coming
on.

Mom's OB says, Well, every breast is different, don't worry about it. Mom
says, Ouch. I say, sounds like yeast anyway, no? Can you have ductal yeast
in only one breast, especially when you have zero other yeast symptoms?

This is an especially interesting question for me since I had something so
similar with my first kid...
