Isn't that just awful....we are so lucky here in that it would be against
the law!  I would hate to have to confront those battles as well.

But worldwide it is against the letter and the spirit of the WHO code,
which protects bottle feeding and breastfeeding mothers from this sort of
promotion.

I wouldn't know what alternatives there would be, but a copy of the WHO
code waved under the nose might help - some people think it only applies to
the developing world, and genuinely don't know it is universal.
