One question I would ask the mom is "Did baby take both breasts at last
feeding before she pumped?" It sounds like lots of foremilk in the one
breast and a more mixed lot in the other, such as one would see if baby
had finished the first breast and not gone on the the second breast at
the morning feeding (if she was pumping at work during the day)
I used to notice that EBM done in early am when child had slept most of
the night (ie, 5 hours) was very nearly clear, and milk expressed only a
couple hours after a feeding was much more apt to be "milky"
