Brenda, the other question in this equation is, were these IBCLCs named in the
lawsuit as the primary "culprit" in the baby's death/illness, or were they
named because EVERYONE whose name was on the chart in any way during
hospitalization were named? As I asked in a post before, is there
documentation r/t IBCLCs (and WERE they IBCLCs or people calling themselves
lactation consultants with no credentials) being sued, or is this a matter of
hearsay?
