The photo that you refer to of the Pakistani twins belongs to UNICEF. I
used to have it on my web site but was contacted by them some time ago
and asked to remove it from my site doe to copyright violations.  They
said no one is allowed ot put it on the net and they were contacting all
people that they knew had if on the net for immediate removal, so I
doubt that you will find it on the net.
