Just had a mom call me who is newly pregnant, totally fine with the idea of
continuing to nurse her 7 month old, who asked the question of:

When does the milk turn back to colostrum?  She had an early delivery (4
weeks early- induced labor due to other complications) with the first
baby--would the new baby get colostrum if she were to deliver prior to  how
many weeks prematurely?

Made me stop and think--what do you think?
