We use to say that you could start infants on WCM (whole cow's milk) at 6
months, then we said wait until 9 months; and now we feel real strongly about
not introducing WCM until 12 months!  It is okay to offer yogurt, cheese and
such before 12 months.  After 12 months, nobody and I do mean nobody (did I
say nobody) should drink more than a 1 liter of WCM/day!  OBTW, WCM is 3% fat
(not much difference from 2% milk, eh?).
