Here's the explanation I have heard of why bf babies appear to be more at
risk of haemorrhagic disease - because it is rare for bf  babies to be  bf
*physiologically*, and not according to some sort of routine or schedule
etc etc .

So it's not bf that causes the HD, but *lack of breastfeeding* .  Feed 'em
unrestrictedly and they will get the right amount of Vit K in the right way.

Makes sense to me!
