Does anyone know of any countries, states, provinces, jurisdictions anywhere
in the world, that require mandatory HIV testing for pregnant women? Or of
any place that has tried to impose it on the state or national level? I am
particularly interested in the ethical/legal issues surrounding mandatory
testing and appreciate any feedback and information you Lactnetters might
have.
