Someone recently asked about a good video to show family practice residents
and I must recommend "Breast is Best".  I recently purchased this video at
the Denver Lamaze conference.  It is simply the BEST breastfeeding video I
have ever seen.  It was produced in Sweden and it shows all the elements of
good brestfeeding manegement along with excellent filming.  The unique thing
about this film is that it comes from a truely breastfeeding culture.  It
shows very casual breastfeeding in every circumstance, beutiful filming of a
small premie nursing as well as cup feeding, hand expression, spouse support
etc.  If you get a chance to purchase this film do it!  I've been showing it
to my breastfeeding basics classes and they love it.
