yes, i agree, it is too much to ask to have a lc available at all times that
babies are born at a given hospital. of course a mom can wait til morning, or
monday, to get help with breastfeeding problems! or if she is discharged
before she can see someone, well, there's always those handy cute little bags
with formula in them, right?

i mean, we might next expect hospitals to have an anesthesiologist, or an ob,
a nicu nurses, neonatologist, or pediatrician, etc., on call ALL THE TIME just
in case a baby got born at an inconvenient time. good thing those pesky moms
know to wait until nine to five, monday through friday, to give birth, or they
might "demand" to have medical assistance in the middle of the night of
something else completely outrageous.
