Hi. I see on Jack's handout on Fluconazole ( Diflucan) that it is
recommended that a mother take 200 mg on day one of treatment for thrush,
followed by 100 mg orally each day, until mother is pain free for a week.

I believe that Tom Hale's information states that 400 mg day one, followed
by 200 mg every day after that for up to four weeks, is the recommended dose
for mothers with Candida of the breasts/ductal area.

Does anyone have info on this? I know they might not be able to answer
right away, but I am curious.

Thanks.
Kathleen
