There is a FAQ about breastfeeding and large-size breasts.
It must be frustrating for the mother to have to worry about body image
and awkwardness while she's breastfeeding. We expect to be larger
during pregnancy, but most women can expect to lose wait while
breastfeeding. Unfortunately, some retain the weight-gain of pregnancy
until after complete weaning. Maybe if she knows that it is a common
occurrence for about 25%-33% (rough estimate) of breastfeeding mothers,
she'll feel a little better about it.
