dear stacey and all,
extrapolating only from personal experience, there is no reason that either
treatment would interfere with breastfeeding. however, she should see a
podiatrist that is very experienced with the latest treatment of this problem,
including using splint(s) at night, unless she wants her problem to possibly
worsen, or to be walking with a cane in ten years (been there, done that).
