I would assume it is safe if the mom takes it, my son started taking
florinef at age 5 weeks and there was never a question raised about him
being breastfed, which he was for two years. In my son's case, the florinef
is a salt replacement as he has a congenital disease where he doesn't retain
salt in his body.
In 1966, it was a very good year, I was in the Army, got married and
pregnant with my first child which followed with a rapid discharge for being
pregnant. The music was great and times were a'changing.
Also, if there is a LC or rental station near the now closed KI Sawyer
AFB, I have a lead on a free breast pump for you.
