Hello all, Kathy Dettwyler here. I've been gone for a long while, but am
back again for the time being. My 13 year old son, Peter, had his tonsils
and adenoids out two weeks ago -- he had a really rough time recovering from
the surgery, but is now back to his sunny self, 12 pounds lighter (from not
eating, not from giant tonsils!), and now sleeps quietly, without snoring,
snuffling, gasping, wetting the bed, or thrashing around. I actually caught
him breathing only through his nose last night while asleep -- first time
ever. This is totally unrelated to breastfeeding, but just had to share the
good news. Hope everyone has a safe New Year's Eve tonight.
