I work at a hospital where very few mom's take their babies at night. Even
after explaing all of the reasons they should be rooming in and nursing at
night they still send the babies back to the nursery. I work nights and an
forever "waking" up moms to nurse. Their responses are, "I told the evening
shift I want to sleep"!!!!!
I have even gone into the rooms with the crying baby and they still tell me to
bring the baby to the nursery and feed him/her. HELP
