Dear Anne & Beth,
Congratulations and commendations on the premier issue of the ABM News &
Views which arrived yesterday. Great job and good info. Now, is there any
way that us non-physicians can subscribe? (If I am violating Lactnet-laws by
asking, please e-mail me privately).
For all of you who need a funny for the day: Judy, I was thinking about your
pumping questions, and was reminded about this story (apocrophyl? - oh help,
spelling isn't one of my gifts...) that I had considered putting in the Globe
at one time but never did.
Apparently there was a woman carrying her br. pump through the airport - one
of the more noticable jobbies. When she went through the x-ray area, one of
the attendants there asked her what it was. "It's my breast pump." "Does it
really work?" "Oh yes, it works very well." To which the attendant replied,
"Do you know where I can get one? I really need it. My breasts are SO
small!"
