What I'd tell mom - after checking baby and weight gain...
1. Make sure you get adequate rest.
2. Take baby to bed with you - see item # 1.
3. Every food in moderation - don't binge.
4. If you are willing to eliminate a food from your diet - cows milk & milk
products would be my suggestion
5. From personal experience (after a binge on a big plate of broccoli when
my daughter was an infant) my estimate is about 3-4 hours to see a food
effect.
