I am writing from my bedroom where my lavender scented pillow is covered
with tears.

I guess, Maureen, this is a question of semantics.  After all, a
galactocoele is *not* a blocked duct though probably it arises from a
previous blocked duct.  I would also not define the other entities you
mention as blocked ducts.

I've cried me a river, now I'm going to replenish them with a gin and tonic.
