good point nancy! it's true that inclusive medical care can affect mortality
rates, but i never thought canada was the white bread/ white middle class
center of the universe. the native population in many parts of canada lives in
third world conditions, if not fourth, just like the usa. is infant mortality
lower there? surely some other countries are the same, england comes to mind.
does anyone have the stats for comparison?
