One mother at a time! And these other babies-at least they benefitted from
breastfeeding for a few months. Better than none at all!

And start a positive press campaign. Keep sending in articles of
noteworthy news. Like BF raises IQ and BF decreases ovarian Ca. Write
short blurbs as if the research had just been printed and send them in on a
regular basis. Letters to the editor? Women's page, health page. You can
write a bunch in one or two sittings and then start mailing. If it might
help, use your pro BF docs. I know there is one on Lactnet. Several
Israeli Lactnuts sit down and plan a campaign to papers all over the
country. Be relentless. keep sending in the news. When our LLL group
first formed in South Jersey in 1967 we could even use the word
"breastfeeding"!!!! But we kept up the barrage and they began to print
them on a regualr basis. Wear 'em down. Sincerely, Pat in SNJ
