I once had a client who was using a feeding tube to augment a very low
supply.  She found she had to use the smallest tubing in the evening,
because her baby wanted to nurse all evening regardless, and if he got as
much milk as her regular-sized tubing permitted, he just threw it back up.
So here was a breastfeeding mother who could make her supply any size at
any time... and her baby *wanted* it smaller in the evening.  He wanted to
*nurse* a lot, not *eat* a lot.
