Clinically, I've found that unless the baby is VERY dehydrated, they will
not take oral rehyd. solution.  BF works just fine.  All the recent
articles say feed normally, don't starve or use "clear" fluids.  And
replace what is lost via diarrhea with solution.  My solution  of choice is
