Unfortunately the MD put me on the spot (why are we so defensive?) and asked
for my references first> One thing I do plan to do is get on the agenda at OB
grand round to discuss protocols for this. I also see way too many orders for
consults on engorgement in non-bfing moms where the residents ask for a breast
pump! I have LOTS of work to do don't I?
