Dear friends:
In working on ideas for the Action Folder, I would like to be able to
enrich it with actual successful experiences, so if you have had experiences
-working with curricula and introducing breastfeeding into these curricula,
-in getting teachers at any level interested in breastfeeding and teaching
about it in courses or classrooms,
-in getting a course on breastfeeding introduced into a college or
university,
-in having course content changed,
-in helping adolescent mothers both breastfeed and continue their education
-in having some toy manufacturer or non-breastfeeding materials publisher
-include breastfeeding materials or messages in their products
-having changes made in daycare policies to support breastfeeding
or in relation to breastfeeding and education in any way, please let me know.
For example, I understand that some states in the US are developing
breastfeeding modules for curriculum. Please let me know HOW that came
about. A 1-3 paragraph summary would be wonderful.
Thanks very much in advance and I am still nomail, so please send to
