I had an inquiry from a client who is originally from South Africa. She said
she had heard of using laser as a treatment for engorgement--plugged ducts
or mastitis. I looked in the archives and only found a couple other
inquiries along the same line--but no responses. This patient has been
plagued by repeated plugged ducts and mastitis with her first child--and now
has already gone one round with her new baby. We have talked about
prevention and treatment; but I would be glad for any suggestions.
