At one hospital where I work, the FP residents hear a presentation by an LC. I
posted my outline last year. At the other hospital, Ped and OB residents may
make rounds with LC. If the timing is right, they may also sit in on
postpartum BF class.
Often, the residents response is similar to many BF class participants -
prior to rounds/presentation/class they don't realize how important and
beneficial the knowledge and skills are.
I lost Chris Mulford's email address, but she can email me for names of
contacts for these residency programs.
