Rosemary is a good hair rinse, for dark hair. Aromatherapy-wise (see, it
ties into BFing!), it increases alertness abiity to concentrate and mental
sharpness - so might be good in the morning, but don't be whiffing too much
of it late at night if you want to sleep well.
